Guest Policies

  1. To ensure the highest quality, all dishes are cooked to order and may be customized. Any additions, changes, or special requests may increase your meal price.
  2. Orders with Spice levels of Medium+, Hot, Extra Hot, and On Fire may not be returned exchanged.
  3. Customized or special orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
  4. Please allow at least 35 - 45 minutes for order preparation. Please kindly check your order before leaving. During peak hours, preparation times may take up to or exceed one hour. We appreciate your patience.
  5. Additional charges apply for extra meats, vegetables, condiments, sauces, and containers.
  6. An 18% gratuity may be added for parties of 4 or more.
  7. Plating may differ from the menu image.
  8. Our food is prepared in a facility that may contain nuts, wheat, and seafood.
  9. Ask your server about menu items that are cooked to order or served raw. Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illnesses.
  10. To ensure a pleasant dining experience for all guests. Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in inappropriate or disrespectful behavior.
